Invoice Processing Accountant FSS

WAT ZOEKEN WE?

Operational Responsibilities

• Work with the PTP Lead FSS and ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve all invoice discrepancies, process adjustments, manual checks and answer invoice queries to employee and management, as needed
• Perform invoice verification
• Ensure invoices processing is performed with accurate details and complete supporting documents
• Complete all invoice verification requests within defined SLA
• Generate and reconcile reports
  

Leadership And Development

• Display good team player skills
• Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from PTP Lead FSS
• Participate in functional and technical training
• Ensure complying with KPIs for the team
• Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups
• Effective communication of issues across the FSS and working groups
• Provide information to PTP Lead FSS on work accomplishments, problems, progress in work processes, individuals and team needs
• Provide quality service/ advice in accordance with agreed service standards

• Knowledge of D365 - ERP system.
• Expertise in invoice verification process.
• Understanding TDS, GST, MSME as part of Invoice Processing.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
