Invimatic Technologies - Senior React.js Developer - Javascript

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex and interactive web applications using React.js.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Apply a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles to build efficient and maintainable components.
• Utilize experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) for state management.
• Leverage 6+ years of proven work experience in React and Redux to lead and contribute to significant projects.
• Possess a strong understanding of REST and SOAP-based APIs, as well as general web functions and standards, including security and session management.
• Apply familiarity with React, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Continuous Integration tools to ensure code quality and efficient delivery.
• Implement knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens, for secure authentication.
• Utilize familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM) to optimize the development process.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and concise technical requirements.
• Effectively utilize code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial for collaborative development.
• Apply a strong understanding of secure coding principles and best practices, including awareness of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, secure authentication, input validation, secure coding practices, and code review processes.
• Ensure secure handling of client and business data in line with ISO 27001 requirements.
• Take responsibility for maintaining, expanding, and scaling existing web assets.
• Build robust software applications, adhering to coding standards and developing appropriate unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts.
• Collaborate effectively with HTML/CSS developers to bring interactivity and visual appeal to web assets.
• Integrate data seamlessly from various back-end services and databases.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively apply relevant advancements to day-to-day activities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven work experience in React and Redux development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of React.js core principles and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP API integration.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
• Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT).
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git preferred).
• Understanding of secure coding principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
