Job Title: Exam Invigilator / Proctor Location: Noida, Sector-62 Department: Examination Cell / Academics Reporting to: Examination Coordinator / Centre Head Job Summary: The Exam Invigilator (Proctor) is responsible for maintaining the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations. This role requires high levels of alertness, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure that exam protocols are strictly followed. Key Responsibilities: Set up examination venues by arranging necessary materials and ensuring proper seating arrangements Verify student identity by checking admit cards/ID proofs Distribute and collect examination papers securely and accurately Read out examination rules and regulations before the exam begins Supervise students during the examination to prevent cheating or misconduct Report any irregularities, suspicious behavior, or malpractice to the Examination Coordinator Ensure that candidates follow all exam center rules and maintain discipline Maintain a calm and quiet environment during the examination Complete attendance sheets and submit exam-related reports post-exam Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum Qualification: Graduate Good communication and observation skills Punctual, reliable, and well-organized Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions Integrity and attention to detail Prior experience in exam supervision is an advantage (optional) Working Conditions: Must be available during examination schedules, including weekends or holidays if required May require long hours of standing or walking
