Sales Executive

Job Title: US Calling Sales Executive – Mobile App Development (iOS & Android) Location: Remote / Gurgaon, India Working Hours: US Shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST) Experience: 1–4 years in international sales (preferably US market) Industry: IT / Software Services Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in US outbound calling to promote and sell our mobile app development services (iOS and Android). The ideal candidate will identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and convert leads into customers.  Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads from US-based prospects. • Pitch mobile app development services (iOS & Android) effectively. • Schedule virtual meetings and demos for the technical team. • Follow up on leads and maintain the sales pipeline in CRM. • Understand client requirements and suggest the best-fit technical solution. • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and pricing as per client needs. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. • Maintain detailed records of communication and sales activities. Key Skills Required: • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience in international B2B sales (preferably US market). • Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and technologies. • Confident cold caller with a persuasive and consultative sales approach. • CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus. • Basic technical understanding of iOS and Android platforms.  Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. • 1–4 years of experience in sales (US calling preferred). • Experience in selling IT services (mobile app/web development) is desirable.
