Job Title: Proctor / Examination Invigilator Location: Noida sector 62 Job Type: Part-time Reporting To: Exam Supervisor / Centre Head Job Summary: The Proctor is responsible for supervising candidates during examinations to ensure a fair and secure testing environment. This includes monitoring test-takers, preventing malpractice, and maintaining decorum throughout the examination process. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all candidates are seated as per the assigned seating plan. Verify candidate identity and distribute question papers and answer sheets. Monitor candidates throughout the examination to prevent cheating or misconduct. Announce examination rules clearly and address candidate queries before the test begins. Record attendance and maintain accurate exam documentation. Ensure no unauthorized materials are brought into the exam hall. Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Collect and account for all exam materials post-examination. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Prior experience in exam invigilation is an advantage. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to remain alert and authoritative under pressure. Punctual, reliable, and disciplined. Working Conditions: May require working on weekends or early hours. Physical presence at examination venues is mandatory. Long hours of standing/sitting during exams.
