Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Investor Relations & Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our global investor outreach efforts for high-level real estate and investment summits. This role involves a strategic approach to relationship-building combined with hands-on lead generation. Ideally, we are looking for an individual who comprehends investor dynamics and excels in establishing networks within the real estate and financial sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage qualified investors such as family offices, funds, private equity firms, and institutional investors to participate in our global events. Your objective will be to nurture these relationships over time, ultimately contributing to the growth of a trusted and engaged investor community. Key Responsibilities - Identifying, qualifying, and generating leads of real estate-focused investors across various regions. - Developing and implementing outreach strategies to attract investors for summit participation. - Establishing, managing, and sustaining relationships with key investor profiles including family offices, funds, and asset managers. - Conducting thorough research on investor portfolios, preferences, and investment strategies. - Acting as the primary contact for investor delegates before, during, and after events. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and premium experiences for investors. - Monitoring and reporting on investor engagement, areas of interest, and feedback. - Contributing to content creation and messaging for investor-facing communications and campaigns. Requirements - 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, business development, fundraising, or lead generation within real estate, finance, or events. - Sound understanding of the investment ecosystem, particularly within real estate, infrastructure, and private capital markets. - Demonstrated ability to identify and engage with senior-level investors and decision-makers. - Strong research and analytical skills to effectively profile and segment investors. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with high-level stakeholders. - Previous experience in investor-focused events or capital introduction platforms is a significant advantage. - Self-motivated, structured, and at ease working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.,
