About the Role

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute the company’s Investor Relations strategy with clear, consistent, and transparent investor communication.
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
• Support quarterly earnings calls and manage end-to-end financial reporting, including investor presentations and disclosures.
• Partner with the Finance team and leadership to align external messaging, gather market insights, and provide strategic inputs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial disclosure norms, and governance standards.
• Track industry trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in organizing investor roadshows, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and manage investor communication materials such as annual reports, press releases, and investor decks.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience

  , preferably with

  Big 4 firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC)

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting standards, and regulatory disclosures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
