Job Description

As an Investor Relations Quantitative Analyst at Lexington Partners, your role will involve: - Preparing quarterly portfolio performance, fund and deal by deal level track record information and return attribution analysis across the global portfolio exposures of Buyout, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Credit, Energy and Infrastructure assets. This includes working with large data sets to calculate various performance metrics and attribution analyses. - Supporting global fundraising efforts for Lexington secondary private equity and co-investment strategies - Assisting with RFPs and DDQs from prospective investors and consultants and coordinating investment diligence requests and certain ad hoc bespoke requests - Collaborating with investment deal team professionals to monitor and track investment activity and interim performance - Managing and maintaining analytics databases in TopQ, iLevel and proprietary databases - Preparing and updating data and analysis for marketing materials, including pitchbooks, conference presentation materials, due diligence questionnaires, etc. - Preparing and managing custom reports for current and prospective investors, including quarterly and ad hoc reporting, performance data and RFP materials - Working with senior professionals to support ongoing investor relations including assisting in the preparation of information for periodic calls, meetings, reports, letters, presentations - Preparing and analyzing information and materials for individual investor meetings and calls as well as the firm's annual meeting and other key investor events - Compiling investment performance benchmarking analysis and competitor performance reporting - Extracting and analyzing information from third-party databases in a timely and efficient manner - Contributing to additional project-oriented work and providing general support to all members of the IR team Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed in this role include: - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a related field such as private equity, investment banking, or asset management - Strong analytical or financial modeling skills - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Index/Match, Macros, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word - Experience with Alteryx or other ELT and analytics software preferred - Knowledgeable with CRM systems (DealCloud preferred), databases, and reporting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong work ethic and proactive, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for expanding knowledge - Team-oriented, energetic self-starter with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across an organization as well as part of a team - High level of organization and strong attention to detail - Ability to support multiple projects with tight deadlines - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution Lexington Partners offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
