The Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to support our investor network expansion. This is a junior role ideal for someone with a strong interest in venture capital and capital markets. You’ll focus on strategic outreach—connecting with family offices, venture capitalists, and institutional investors via email to foster engagement with Evvolve’s fundraising initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Capital Markets and Investor Relations teams to ensure smooth coordination across outreach, data management, and reporting efforts. Responsibilities Conduct targeted outreach to investors and capital allocators via email to introduce them to live investment opportunities. Build and maintain organized outreach lists aligned with investor mandates (sector, stage, geography). Manage follow-ups, responses, and scheduling efforts in collaboration with internal teams. Track outreach metrics and support reporting to optimize engagement and response rates. Assist in refining outreach messaging to align with investor tone and compliance standards. Coordinate with the broader deal team to ensure seamless transitions from digital outreach to investor meetings. Requirements At least 1 year of experience working at a venture capital fund, investment bank, or similar financial institution. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills—especially in professional digital settings. Proficient in LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to manage outreach. Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple workflows independently. Interest in venture capital, investor relations, and strategic fundraising. Prior experience in investor outreach or sales development is a plus. What You’ll Gain First-hand experience working with family offices and institutional investors.
