🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

• Originate and evaluate investment opportunities across Financial Institutions in Southeast Asia.
• Lead and support

  end-to-end debt transactions

  , from prospecting to structuring, due diligence, and closing.
• Develop investment proposals and present them to Investment Committees.
• Manage and monitor an existing debt portfolio, ensuring strong risk-adjusted returns and measurable impact.
• Maintain deep knowledge of economic, financial, and political trends across the region.
• Collaborate with legal, ESG, and risk teams to ensure comprehensive deal execution.
• Travel frequently to meet clients, partners, and conduct on-site due diligence (up to 30%).

🧠 What Were Looking For

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience

  in debt investments, with a proven track record of executing debt transactions (origination to disbursement).
• Hands-on experience in

  impact investing

  and deep understanding of

  Financial Institutions

  , including:
• Microfinance Institutions (MFIs)
• Housing Finance Institutions
• SME Lenders
• Educational or Healthcare finance
• Gender-focused lending institutions

• Strong familiarity with the Southeast Asia region

  , especially Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand
• Ability to work autonomously in a cross-border, remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in
