The company will provide you with qualified leads daily – your responsibility is to call these leads, convince clients to visit the property site, and support them in their buying journey. Your main target is to convert 5–6 walk-in visits per week. Once clients visit the site, chances of closure are very high, leading to attractive incentives on every sale. Key Responsibilities Call potential customers from the leads provided. Build trust and rapport with clients. Convince and motivate clients to visit the property site. Ensure weekly 5–6 site visits/walk-ins by converting leads into property visits. Assist clients during property visits and highlight benefits. Work closely with the sales team until closure. Achieve weekly and monthly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
