As our new Property Coordinator, you'll drive the transformation of historic buildings and estate assets, unlocking their full potential through new development opportunities. From concept to completion, you’ll coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to bring projects to life on time and on budget, all while delivering tangible, lasting impact for rural economies across the UK. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Estate Managers, supporting financial processes and red book valuations, while ensuring our property records are meticulous and legally compliant. This is a wide-ranging role that also includes due diligence on acquisitions, monitoring regulatory change, and exploring mission-aligned partnerships. And above all, you’ll champion a culture of safety, sustainability, and purpose in everything we do. You’ll be the bridge between finance and mission, working with advisors and market stakeholders to help define the future of natural capital. You’ll also collaborate closely with our environment, estates, and finance teams to build robust models, evaluate acquisitions, and deliver long-term value creation strategies. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our brilliant General Counsel and Hot 100 lawyer, George Pawley, as we move into our next exciting phase of Scaling Conservation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Investor Engagement & Relations Forge relationships with institutional investors and family offices, positioning Oxygen Conservation as a leading natural capital opportunity. Manage quarterly investor reports, board updates, and governance materials. Act as a spokesperson for investment opportunities, showcasing our mission-driven approach. Defining a New Asset Class Play a central role in shaping the natural capital asset class, engaging with policymakers, industry bodies, and market stakeholders. Contribute to high-integrity standards, frameworks, and governance that underpin credible markets. Business Planning & Modelling Lead financial modelling at estate and portfolio level, including valuations and sensitivity analysis.
