Investment Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager at our fast-growing real estate and construction projects company, you will be spearheading the sales efforts for our new upcoming hospitality project in Jaipur. Your role as a Relationship Manager - Investments/Wealth Management will involve interacting with potential investors, acquiring and managing High Net Worth relationships, and developing tailored investment plans to provide top-notch services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bring in existing clients and cultivate strong client relationships - Generate investments from preferred clients with a minimum investment capacity of 1 Crore and above - Advise on strategic project-based investments across various asset classes - Stay updated on market trends and collaborate internally for investment decisions - Organize client events, presentations, and business development activities **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in Private banking, wealth management, Real Estate, luxury hospitality, or SLB based companies - Solid track record in handling clients and providing advice on various asset classes - Active learning and listening skills - Proficiency in administration, real estate and investment expertise - Strong problem-solving and numerical skills - Excellent communication in English and Hindi - Negotiation abilities and service orientation - Speech clarity and time management The salary and benefits offered for this position are competitive and among the best in the industry.
