Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
Conduct property site visits for interested clients and showcase relevant listings. Handle negotiations with buyers to ensure successful deal closures. Achieve weekly targets for prospective site visits. Skills Required: Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi & English; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage. Strong customer relationship management abilities. Proven sales & negotiation skills. High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and confidence.
