Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Investment Manager to lead the evaluation, execution, and management of real estate investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal structuring, along with a solid understanding of the real estate market and investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Strategy & Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend real estate investment opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess potential investments.
  • Conduct detailed due diligence, including market research, legal/title reviews, financial audits, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare and present investment memos and proposals to the Investment Committee.

2.Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Negotiate term sheets, JV agreements, acquisition terms, and financing structures.
  • Liaise with legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure optimal deal structuring.
  • Manage deal closing processes including documentation and compliance.

3.Portfolio Management

  • Monitor the performance of existing real estate assets and investment returns.
  • Work with asset management teams to optimize value through leasing, renovations, or redevelopment strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management and investors.

4.Market Intelligence & Relationship Management

  • Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and investor meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA/CFA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-making abilities.
  • Deep understanding of real estate markets, legal frameworks, and investment structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and investment analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
