Key Responsibilities

1. Startup Sourcing & Evaluation

• Identify high-potential startups across Seed–Series B via networks, events, platforms, and active research.
• Conduct founder calls; analyse business models, traction, metrics, and sector potential.
• Prepare investment notes, evaluation memos, and opportunity summaries.
• Build cross-sector intelligence: SaaS, consumer, fintech, climate, AI, deeptech, mobility, etc.

2. Investor Outreach & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with

  VCs, micro-VCs, family offices, and UHNIs

  .
• Track investor preferences, cheque sizes, sectoral focus, and deployment patterns.
• Present curated startup opportunities to the right investors.
• Coordinate investor–founder calls, diligence, and process follow-ups.

3. Deal Execution Support

• Assist in structuring equity, convertible, and secondary transactions.
• Manage investor Q&A, data rooms, and documentation flow.
• Support founders and investors through timelines, terms, and closure steps.

4. Research & Ecosystem Intelligence

• Track Indian and global startup trends, funding rounds, and sector breakthroughs.
• Maintain internal databases on startups, funds, LPs, and market heatmaps.
• Build sourcing lists and sector reports.

5. Platform & Community Building

• Represent LVX at startup events, demo days, and ecosystem gatherings.
• Build long-term founder relationships and strengthen LVX’s sourcing network.
• Support newsletters, insights, and investor communication.

Candidate ProfileMust-Haves

• CA / CFA with strong finance grounding.
• 3+ years in

  IB, VC, startup advisory, corporate finance, or deal execution

  .
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, proactive sourcing mindset, and ability to handle fast-moving deal flow.
• Excel and Financial Modeling
• Expertise in making presentation

Good to Have

• Existing VC/micro-VC/family office connects.
• Prior evaluation of Seed–Series A companies.
• Deep interest across India’s emerging tech sectors.
