Investment Banking Senior Associate

Role Overview: As a Private Equity and IPO Mandate Lead, your role will involve leading the entire process from origination support to financial modeling, valuation, preparation of IM/pitchdeck/investor presentations, conducting roadshows, and closing deals. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, managing investor dialogues, and ensuring impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Leading end-to-end execution of private equity and IPO mandates - Providing support during origination - Conducting financial modeling and valuation - Preparing IM/pitchdeck/investor presentations - Managing roadshows and deal closures - Shaping strategy and managing investor dialogues - Delivering impactful outcomes Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of front-end ECM experience in PE fund-raise or IPO - Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating investor-grade presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial databases and tools - Excellent communication, client management, and execution skills - Ability to distill complex concepts for promoters, investors, and stakeholders - Capability to independently manage execution workstreams and investor interactions - Willingness to relocate to Surat or Rajkot with travel flexibility as per deal requirements - CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA Charterholder qualifications are preferred Additional Details: In addition to the challenging role, you will get opportunities to work on marquee transactions with accelerated responsibility.
