Description Investigative Response Team (IRT) Paths Reliant Safety a subsidiary of Paths Management Services, LLC was founded in 2009 to provide comprehensive property security and management solutions for the affordable housing market nationwide. Paths Reliant Safety currently maintains and monitors over 30,000 cameras across eleven states, which support approximately 45,000 residential units. Summar/Objective Every IRT Member has regular and recurring safety and emergency management responsibilities, though not every position requires routine deployment to disaster sites. All positions are subject to recall around the clock for emergency management operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official duty station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official position description. This position is being announced under Investigative Response Team Member. The team member will recommend solutions to overcome gaps to assure the preparedness, continuity, and recovery of personnel and facilities. The team member must be self-motivated, creative, analytical, reliable, and work to significantly contribute as a member of cross-functional teams. Classification: Exempt Essential Function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following : In this position, you will coordinate and manage disaster workforce resources for the Management Response Team. Typical assignments include: Visit sites safety conditions Act as liaison to NYPD on civil or criminal cases. Ensure the proper handling of video surveillance and evidence Provides conflict resolution assistance to site employees and or tenants Manage and communicate contingency plans to site personnel Support maturation of corporate safety programs and reporting Conducts security awareness training sessions with new staff. Assists in internal confidential investigations of property or staffing matters Provides detailed reports to ownership, and executive team of property conditions and ongoing resident matters. Participates and coordinates corporate or site community events Assists in the implementation and administration of automated security systems. Maintains records of periodic secure systems inspections with customer liaisons and other technical professionals. Administrative Duties Answer and direct all tenant and site property incident complaints in efficient, and professional manner. Create property incident reports and communicate to proper channels. Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures and property infractions Acquaint new hires with safety measures at the property level Competencies Problem Solving/Analysis.
