About Us We are a growing corporate business, recently shifting to a structured corporate setup. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to manage our godown and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Position: Godown In-Charge / Store ManagerResponsibilities:Stock & Inventory Management – Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, conduct periodic stock audits, and minimize discrepancies. Labour Management – Supervise, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity of godown staff/labour. Dispatch & Scheduling – Plan and execute dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods. Machine Parts Management – Keep proper records and ensure availability of essential spare parts for uninterrupted operations. Documentation & Reporting – Generate invoices and delivery notes. Prepare daily dispatch reports. Maintain stock registers and reconcile with accounts. Software Proficiency – Work efficiently on Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime for day-to-day entries, reporting, and invoicing. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role (preferably in pulp & paper industry). Age group: 30–45 years (middle age preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch management, and warehouse operations. Good communication, responsibility, and leadership skills.
