Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the Inventory Analytics team, your day involves enabling data-driven decisions, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting strategic planning across R&D and service operations. How Youll Make an Impact

Enable tools and templates for efficient planning of Inventory Items.

Ensure Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process adherence along the product development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Service to ensure inventory strategies align with operational and customer needs

Support Service Managers in preparing and managing Inventory Data

Standardize project documentation along milestone checklists

Prepare and maintain dashboards with KPIs and Project Status

What You Bring

At least three years of experience in Inventory Management/Support function along with the tools mentioned below

Good knowledge of databases like SQL, Snowflake etc.

Good knowledge of Dashboard and Visualization tools e.g. Tableau, MS PowerBI, SharePoint etc.

Exposure to lifecycle and obsolescence management

Experience in Inventory Management and calculation methodologies.

Expert communication skills in English.
