Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Excel and company software.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Track inward/outward stock movements and maintain documentation.
Assist in process improvements to ensure efficient inventory control.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).
Experience in working with inventory management software/ERP systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate with 3–4 years of relevant experience in inventory or stock management.
Willingness to work 6 days a week at EA Mall location.
Ability to join by 5th September 2025.
