Job Description: Inventory Executive Location: Chennai Experience: 1-2 years Female candidates are preferred Key Responsibilities: 1. Material Request Handling: Receive and process internal material requisitions, coordinating with departments for accurate and timely fulfillment. 2. Inventory Verification: Conduct physical stock checks, reconcile with system records, and resolve discrepancies. 3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock entries, dispatches, and inventory-related documents. 4. Inventory Monitoring: Regularly update stock registers and ERP systems, reporting low stock levels and supporting reordering decisions. 5. Material Issuance and Dispatch: Prepare materials for dispatch, ensure correct labeling and documentation, and coordinate with logistics. 6. Audit Support: Assist internal and external auditors, ensuring inventory records are accurate and compliant. Required Skills: - Inventory control processes - ERP software and MS Excel proficiency - Good documentation and record-keeping skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Basic understanding of logistics and material flow Educational Qualification: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
