Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/accounting software.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments to ensure timely posting of supplier bills and GRNs.
• Assist in preparing reports on stock levels, consumption, and variance analysis.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of inventory-related documents (invoices, GRNs, delivery notes).
• Liaise with suppliers for any discrepancies in quantity or quality and coordinate returns or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for stock management and documentation
• Support accounts and clerical activities related to inventory such as data entry, vouchers, and basic bookkeeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Logistics /Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, stores, or accounts clerical roles.
• Familiarity with GRN process, inventory reconciliation, and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP/accounting software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Male candidates are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
