Inventory Executive

Job Title: Inventory Executive – Inbound & 3PL Coordination Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru (Head Office & Warehouse) Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations (industrial/distribution preferred) Job Summary: Assist in managing daily inventory operations across Muvall’s Rajajinagar warehouse and Chennai 3PL facility. Responsible for accurate material inwarding, rack placement, stickering, stock reconciliation, and coordination with sales and logistics teams for smooth dispatches. Key Responsibilities: • 1. Inward & Stock Maintenance Receive incoming materials from suppliers/imports, verify quantity & product codes. Ensure materials are properly labelled, stickered, and placed in racks. Update entries in Excel/ERP and assist in cycle counts. • 2. 3PL & Dispatch Coordination Plan replenishment between Rajajinagar warehouse and Chennai 3PL. Communicate with 3PL partners for timely dispatch. Coordinate with sales team for stock and dispatch planning. • 3. MQM & Reporting Maintain minimum quantity levels for key SKUs, highlight low stocks, and prepare daily/weekly stock movement reports. • 4. Housekeeping & Accuracy Maintain warehouse orderliness and ensure zero mismatch between physical and system stock. Skills & Requirements: • 1–3 years experience in warehouse/inventory operations. • Proficient in Excel and basic data entry. • Good communication and coordination (English/Hindi/Kannada). • Physically fit, hands-on, detail-oriented, disciplined in reporting.
