Job Description

Maintain and update stock records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods across factory, warehouse, and stores. Coordinate inventory movements between central factory and stores. Conduct daily physical stock checks and reconcile with software. Raise timely reorder alerts when inventory is low. Assist in monthly internal audits and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper hygiene and adherence to FIFO/LIFO practices in cold storage and dry zones. Use inventory management software and generate relevant reports. Qualifications & Experience: Around 2+ years’ experience in inventory or warehouse roles. Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and inventory tools. Background in food industry/QSR or retail is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability in fast‑paced environments.
