Core Responsibilities Maintain Accurate Inventory Records Record incoming and outgoing stock Update inventory management systems (manual or ERP) Stock Counting & Reconciliation Perform daily/weekly/monthly physical stock counts Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records Material Handling & Storage Ensure proper storage of fabric, yarns, dyes, chemicals, trims, etc. Label inventory properly with batch numbers, codes, or barcodes Coordinate with Purchase & Sales Departments Verify incoming materials with purchase orders Prepare dispatch lists or issue slips based on sales requirements Monitor Stock Levels Identify low-stock items and alert purchasing department Help avoid overstocking or stockouts Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, and issue slips Quality Checks Assist in basic quality inspection (e.g., damage, leakage, contamination) Report damaged or expired stock Compliance & Safety Follow safety protocols and material handling standards Ensure inventory area is organized, clean, and hazard-free Cycle Counting & Audits Support periodic audits and cycle count programs Provide data for internal or external audits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,247.77 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
