Inventory and SCM - Assistant Manager/ Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock, turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time).
• Manage daily replenishment processes aligning stakeholders including sourcing teams.
• Responsible for executing Operational strategy & manage day-to-day operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and balance inventory through stock transfers to optimize availability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Professional experience in operations, inventory planning or similar fields.
• Understanding of Vendor Management, with an experience in purchase or retail operations.
• Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macros, V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approach
• Knowledge of SAP basics

Reporting and location:

Incumbent will be reporting into the D/AD - SCM will be based out of Gurgaon.

  Vendors, Suppliers
