Inventory and SCM - Assistant Manager/ Manager

Role Dimensions: Knowledge & Application: Exhibits broad grasp of fundamentals relevant to the chosen area of expertise. Accountability/Impact: Consistently delivers impact commensurate to his/her role. Role & responsibilities : Manage inventory availability and inventory health including improved in-stock, turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time). Manage daily replenishment processes aligning stakeholders including sourcing teams. Responsible for executing Operational strategy & manage day-to-day operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and balance inventory through stock transfers to optimize availability. Preferred candidate profile : Professional experience in operations, inventory planning or similar fields. Understanding of Vendor Management, with an experience in purchase or retail operations. Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macros, V-Lookups and Pivot Tables. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approach Knowledge of SAP basics Reporting and location: Incumbent will be reporting into the D/AD - SCM will be based out of Gurgaon. Interactions: Internal Stakeholders: Sales & Sourcing teams, Warehouse Operations, Central Inventory SCM External Stakeholders: Vendors, Suppliers
