Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior Windows Engineer

with expertise in

Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and MS Entra ID

to manage and optimize enterprise endpoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in

Windows 10 & 11 baseline configuration, deployment, and maintenance

, ensuring a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Windows Endpoint Management & Configuration

Configure, implement, and maintain
Windows 10 & 11 baselines
to ensure compliance and performance.

Deploy, configure, and manage
Windows and non-Windows devices
using
Microsoft Intune
and
Windows Autopilot
.

Provide
Tier 3 engineering support
for Microsoft s cloud-based
Intune endpoint management system
, ensuring enterprise-level app and device management.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday

during normal business hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience

with

Windows 10 & 11

baseline configuration and deployment. Strong expertise in

Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and MS Entra ID

for endpoint management at scale. Experience in

Microsoft 365 administration, device compliance policies, and endpoint security

. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve

complex endpoint management and system issues

. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across IT teams and vendors.

Incident Management & Security Support

Respond to complex

Tier 3 escalations

, addressing service outages and degradations efficiently. Work closely with vendors and enterprise support teams for issue resolution and system optimization. Provide

system security support

, including

threat prevention, detection, response, and remediation

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services Administration

Plan, migrate, deploy, and maintain

Microsoft 365 services

using

Intune and MS Entra ID

. Manage and patch endpoints using

Microsoft Intune

, ensuring system security and compliance. Support policy, app, and device configuration management for endpoints, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
