Job Description

Intune & Endpoint Management Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager:



  • Manage

    Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Center Console

    for

    device enrollment, app protection policies, and app proxy

    .

  • Configure and troubleshoot

    Windows Autopilot

    and

    Intune update rings

    .

  • Work with

    Samsung Knox (KME)

    and

    Apple Business Manager

    for enterprise device management.

  • Manage

    Intune Connector

    and

    SCEP/NDES certificate configurations

    .

  • Implement

    Mobile Application Management (MAM)

    and

    application packaging

    in Intune, including

    Win32 app packaging

    and troubleshooting.


SCCM Administration:



  • Handle

    OS deployment (OSD), Task Sequences, and PXE Boot imaging

    .

  • Manage

    SCCM patching

    , including

    Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR), third-party patching (Patch Connect Plus), and Office patching

    .


Additional Skills & Cloud Integration:



  • Strong knowledge of

    Group Policy (GPO settings)

    and endpoint security configurations.

  • Experience in

    AirWatch

    , including

    tunnel configuration and cloud connectors

    .

  • Exposure to

    Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) and Azure VM provisioning

    .

  • Strong

    troubleshooting skills

    to support

    end-user issues

    .

  • Experience with

    PowerShell scripting

    for automation (Advanced Installer tool knowledge is a plus).

Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and endpoint management.

  • Strong understanding of

    Windows 10 & 11, Android, iOS/iPadOS, and macOS

    .

  • Excellent knowledge of

    certificate management (Root & Issuing CA s, SCEP/NDES)

    .

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    .
