Intmd Analyst, Business Analysis

In the TTS Analytics team, you will provide analytical insights to various functions within the global Treasury & Trade Services business. Your main focus will be on driving acquisitions, cross-sell, revenue growth, and improvements in client experience by extracting relevant insights, identifying business opportunities, and designing go-to-market strategies using big data tools and machine learning algorithms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on multiple analyses throughout the year to address business problems across the client life cycle in the TTS business - Utilize various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques to provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders - Leverage multiple data sources such as client profile & engagement data, transactions & revenue data, digital data, and unstructured data like call transcripts **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, or Master's Degree with 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, or PhD - Marketing analytics experience - Experience in sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention - Proficiency in different analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison, and predictive modeling using Machine Learning - Experience with unstructured data analysis, NLP/Text Mining - Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Hive, MS Excel, and PowerPoint - Soft skills including excellent communication, interpersonal skills, process/project management skills, coaching, and mentoring abilities,
