Description Welcome to the exciting opportunity of interning with Career Launcher (CL). We are delighted topresent a comprehensive overview of our internship program, offering a unique blend of learning and professional development. This internship program is meticulously designed to equip interns with practical skills and insights, thereby contributing to their career growth. Key Aspects of the CL Internship Location: The internship will be conducted Online or on-site at CLs Head Office, located in Mohan Estate, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi (As per the discussion at the time of interview) Work Hours: The working hours will be 7 hours per day, 5 days a week. The mode of work can be offline or hybrid. In the case of a hybrid setup, working from the office will be required for at least 3 days a week. Project-Based Remuneration: This internship is centered around specific project(s). Remuneration or stipend is directly linked to the successful completion of these project(s) deliverables by the intern. Duration: The internship tenure is a minimum of 4 months, with the potential for extension based on mutual agreement between the intern and CL. Laptop and Equipment: Interns are required to utilize their own laptops/computers and software tools for project execution. Certification: A completion certificate will be awarded by CL upon successful completion of the internship. Project Focus: The scope of the internship and the deliverables are mentioned in the job description and might also be communicated to you separately during the interview. Job Description (Deliverables): YouTube (Community Engagement + Ops) Manage and update the YouTube content (uploads, Shorts, community posts). Monitor audience engagement through comments and polls; flag queries, FAQs, and content suggestions. Assist in idea generation for videos and Shorts based on feedback, trends, and community interaction. Reddit & Telegram (Content Creation + Research) Identify and monitor relevant subreddits. Create posts daily/weekly (as per requirement) under different exam categories to increase visibility and engagement. Track trending discussions, FAQs, and pain points to feed into content and product pipelines. Doubt Solving in Telegram (Academic and Non-Academic) Help moderate and grow an in-house subreddit and Telegram community. Research & Support Assist in product development and market research through Reddit and YouTube data. Analyse trends, feedback, and competitors to identify content gaps and growth opportunities. Collect student feedback, highlight issues, and share actionable solutions. Documentation & Reporting Help build weekly insight reports, content briefs, and presentation decks. Maintain documentation of user feedback, video ideas, and subreddit trends. Support in onboarding stakeholders (mentors, creators, student leaders) for content or community-based initiatives. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of YouTube Studio and Reddit posting norms Strong research, writing, and organizational skills Ability to work with Google Sheets, Docs, and Canva (optional but preferred) Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams Interest in the education/test-prep space
