Job Title: Inside Sales Internship Ratibz App

Location: Pune Office

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)

Stipend: 10,000 per month + attractive incentives on conversions

Eligibility: Freshers / Students interested in sales, marketing, or business development

About Us

Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses,

and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments all in one place. We are

growing rapidly and looking for energetic interns to support our inside sales efforts and expand

our user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers, and

subscription business owners.

• Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone.
• Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
• Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
• Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding.
• Support in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
• Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation.
