Driver Cum Office Boy

Job Title: Driver cum Office Boy Company: Lonar Technologies Location: Pune, Maharashtra Reports to: Office Manager / HR Department Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and disciplined individual to join our team as a Driver cum Office Boy. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe transportation and providing general assistance in day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: Safely drive company vehicles for staff commuting, client pickups, and official visits. Maintain the vehicle in clean and top working condition at all times. Schedule regular maintenance and servicing of the vehicle. Maintain a daily logbook for mileage, fuel consumption, and trips. Strictly follow all traffic rules and maintain a valid driving license. Office Support Duties: Assist in general office maintenance and ensuring the premises are kept clean and tidy. Perform outdoor duties such as banking tasks, bill payments, and courier pickups/deliveries. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors/clients. Assist in the movement of files, stationery, and office equipment between departments. Manage pantry supplies and report any shortages to the admin team. Support the HR and Admin teams with basic tasks like photocopying or scanning documents. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10th/12th standard pass. Must possess a valid permanent driving license (LVM). At least 2–3 years of experience as a professional driver or in a similar dual role. Thorough knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Pune. Ability to speak and understand Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus). Punctual, honest, and professional in behavior. Working Hours: Standard office hours apply, however, flexibility is required for early starts or late drops based on business needs.
