Are you the friend who explains memes to everyone else? Is your "For You" page a weirdly perfect reflection of your soul? Do you know what's going to be a thing before it's a thing? If you’re nodding, we want to talk to you.We've built Drip, our secret weapon. It's an AI-powered platform that tracks culture, decodes trends, and helps brands connect with people in a way that isn't, you know, cringe.We're looking for someone to be the human co-partner for our AI. You'll be our official guide to the internet, helping us keep Drip’s insights sharp, relevant, and ahead of the curve. Basically, we’re paying you to be chronically online.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Be Our Trend-Spotter & Source: This is your main mission. You'll dive deep into the digital rabbit holes of YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter, and Reddit to spot the next big thing as it's bubbling up. When you find it, you'll be the one to drop the essential links, hot takes, and context to the team.
- Keep Our AI Honest: We've got a powerful AI, but it needs a human check.. You'll be looking at what the tool surfaces and calling it out when it's hallucinating - like citing a dead meme from 2018, or just getting the facts wrong.
- Be the Vibe Curator: A trend is more than just a link. You'll be the one to help bring it to life. Your mission is to find the perfect image, GIF, or video that captures a trend's essence, and help write the quick, snappy summary that explains why it matters.

- Your thumb has a permanent scroll mark. You have an instinct for what's gaining traction and what’s just noise.
- You can fire off a quick, clear summary explaining why a weird TikTok sound is suddenly everywhere.
- You're organized enough to keep track of the beautiful chaos you find online.
- Bonus Points if you’re also able to do this for any Indian regional language trends
