Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze customer personas for various online degree programs (MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, etc.).
• Identify key factors influencing customer decisions and preferences.
• Study customer journeys to understand engagement patterns and decision triggers.
• Research social media behavior and user engagement across platforms.
• Compile reports and present insights to the marketing and product teams.
• Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize outreach and conversion.

Eligibility & Skills

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis platforms.
• Understanding of customer persona frameworks and market research methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
