HR Intern – Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Recruitment Support
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate tracker and recruitment MIS
• Onboarding & Documentation
• Support end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners
• Collect and verify employee documents
• Assist in issuing offer letters, joining letters, and maintaining personnel files
• HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
• Ensure timely updating of HR trackers and reports
• Employee Engagement
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Assist in conducting surveys and collecting employee feedback
• Compliance & Policies
• Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Support in drafting and circulating HR policies and SOPs
• Training & Development
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
