Internship HR Intern

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 Months

2. Internship Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship provides practical exposure to core HR functions and serves as a foundation for a future HR career. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

3. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and internal trackers.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

4. Requirements:Education:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• No prior experience required, but internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.

Availability:

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

6. Skill Set:Must-Have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with hiring platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Understanding of basic HR functions and policies.
