Role Overview: As an Intern at BNP Paribas India Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your technical and soft skills while being mentored by experienced professionals. The internship is for a duration of 3 months and you will have openings across multiple business groups. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with all teams as per business requirement - Work in a high-pressure environment, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and communicating the status of tasks to the team lead - Possess good analytical skills and challenge and enhance existing processes when possible - Respond to queries from stake owners and counterparts - Collaborate in a team with an inclusive mindset and share knowledge and skills with other team members - Have proficient verbal and written communication skills - Be proactive, agile, independent, and self-motivated - Have a keen eye for detail and be quality-focused - Be willing to work in shifts based on business requirements Qualification Required: - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - For IT: BE/BTech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc IT, M.Tech with good knowledge of programming skills (Java, C, C++, Dot Net) - For Operations: Graduates across all streams, preferably commerce, with knowledge or prior experience of Derivative/financial instruments - For Finance: Commerce graduates - For Other Functions: Graduates across all streams - French - B.A /M.A (French) or DEFLF B1 Certification is a must Additional Details: Established in 2005, BNP Paribas India Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA, the European Union's leading bank with an international reach.
