Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion About Business line/Function: This is for a Senior Project Manager role, reporting to the Delivery Manager within ISPL GM ORF APS. The role involves operations and support, collaborating with the global team and other Technology teams in ISPL. Position Purpose: As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide assistance to traders and back office users in managing their day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities include identifying and resolving application bugs, managing critical issues, monitoring the production environment, and proactively preventing performance issues. You will be involved in supporting, maintaining key application platforms, and deployment within the GM ORF APS domain. Responsibilities: Direct Responsibilities: - Work as level 2/3 support and escalate technical and product issues for resolution. - Monitor the production environment to prevent performance issues or application crashes. - Resolve support issues using technical expertise and innovative problem-solving approaches. - Implement ITIL Methodologies like Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Management. - Monitor night batch processes and ensure reports are generated and delivered within defined SLAs. - Analyze recurrent incidents, perform problem management, and escalate when required. Contributing Responsibilities: - Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions. - Provide coaching and mentoring to junior colleagues. - Coordinate with Infrastructure teams on server patching and upgrades. - Responsible for UAT/PROD deployment and validation. Technical & Behavioral Competencies: - Hands-on knowledge in SQL/Oracle. - Knowledge in Business Objects is beneficial. - Functional knowledge in Equity Derivatives, Trade Life Cycle, Futures, and Options. - Familiarity with ITIL processes. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education level. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
