About the Role

Customer Service Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international inbound/outbound voice calls for US & Australian markets.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support with empathy and accuracy.
  • Resolve queries within SLA and meet quality & performance metrics.
  • Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate call documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year International BPO (voice) experience mandatory.

  • Excellent spoken & written English.
  • Flexible to work rotational US & Australian night shifts.
  • Comfortable with rotational 2 week offs.
  • Immediate joining required.
