International Voice Support

As an International Voice Support representative at our company located in Infopark, Kochi, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting customer interactions in the system. It is essential to meet individual and team performance targets which are KPI driven. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively - Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction - Accurately document customer interactions in the system - Meet individual and team performance targets which are KPI driven **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written - Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also benefit from the following: - Commuter assistance - Health insurance - Provident Fund Your experience in International voice process will be an added advantage. The salary offered for this position is Rs.17000 /- (In hand) plus bonuses up-to Rs. 5000/- per month.
