Job Description

As an International Voice Sales Executive at our company, you will be joining a dynamic sales team with a focus on driving revenue growth through international voice-based sales processes. Your role will involve making outbound/inbound calls to international clients, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and building strong customer relationships across global markets. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound/inbound calls to international clients to generate sales and achieve targets. - Promote company products/services by clearly articulating value propositions and benefits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business. - Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and lead qualification. - Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Proven international voice sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred). - Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with a focus on conversions. - Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools. - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure. - Flexibility to work in shifts depending on international time zones. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in B2B/B2C international sales (IT, SaaS, telecom, or service industries preferred). - Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global sales practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
