Job Description: As a Call Center Executive for our US-based company, your primary responsibility will be handling outbound and inbound calls for US customers during the specified US time shift. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills who are comfortable working night shifts. Experience in working with US clients is preferred for this role. In addition to call management, you will be responsible for inventory management, ordering, maintaining call logs, and ensuring proper follow-up documentation. This is a full-time and permanent position, offering the opportunity to work from home. Education and Experience: We prefer candidates with a Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment. The preferred location for this role is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Shift Timing: The shift timings for this position are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST based on US Time Zones. Night shift and overnight shift availability are preferred.
