Inventory Executive

Role Overview: As a Call Center Executive for our US-based company, your role will involve handling outbound/inbound calls for US customers during the specified US time shifts. You will be responsible for maintaining call logs, follow-up documentation, inventory management, and ordering. Key Responsibilities: - Handle outbound/inbound calls for US customers - Preferably have experience in working with US clients - Manage inventory and ordering tasks - Maintain call logs and follow-up documentation - Work during the specified US time shift Qualification Required: - Diploma preferred - At least 1 year of experience in a call center is required Please note that the job offers the benefit of working from home. The preferred location for this role is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Preferred shift availability includes night shift and overnight shift. This is a full-time, permanent position.
