Job Description

You are a highly motivated and results-driven International Voice Sales Executive, responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls to generate sales and achieve targets. Your role involves promoting company products/services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound/inbound calls to international clients for sales generation - Promote company products/services by articulating value propositions - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers - Identify new business opportunities through research and lead qualification - Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction Requirements: - Proven international voice sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred) - Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with a focus on conversions - Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure - Flexibility to work in shifts based on international time zones Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in B2B/B2C international sales (IT, SaaS, telecom, or service industries preferred) - Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global sales practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with international clients, receive a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, access professional growth and skill development programs, and enjoy a supportive team environment with career advancement opportunities.,
