Job Description

1. International Voice Customer Support

Job Title:

Freshers: 3.0 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Provide professional and empathetic communication across diverse time zones and cultural contexts.
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Adapt to different customer needs and provide quick resolutions.

Requirements:

Education: Undergraduates / Graduates (any stream).
Excellent English communication skills (Voice/Chat).
Strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
Basic computer skills.

2. Property Claims Specialist

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process property insurance claims from initiation to settlement.
Investigate, evaluate, and validate claim documents, reports, and evidence.
Coordinate with surveyors, investigators, and third-party vendors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate claim records and update systems regularly.
Communicate effectively with policyholders and provide timely resolutions.
Support fraud detection and risk management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim settlements.

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream).
Minimum 2 years of experience in claims (preferably property/general insurance domain).
Strong knowledge of insurance claim policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
