Now Hiring: Website Consultant – Lead Generation (Outbound Calls)

Location: Golpark , Kolkata

Role Type: Full-Time / On-Site / Day shift

We are looking for a motivated and confident Website Consultant – Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Your main focus will be generating qualified leads through outbound calls and introducing potential clients to our website development and digital transformation services.

If you love talking to people, identifying business needs, and helping companies improve their online presence, this role is perfect for you!

Role Overview:

As a Website Consultant focused on outbound lead generation, you’ll be responsible for making cold and warm calls to business owners, understanding their website challenges, and positioning our services as the solution. You will not need to close deals — just generate interest and book consultations for our sales and technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls daily to prospects and business owners.

-Qualify leads based on interest, need, and budget.

-Understand basic website issues (speed, design, SEO, mobile responsiveness, etc.).

-Present our website and digital services in a clear, professional manner.

-Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.

-Maintain accurate call logs and lead details in CRM.

-Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Ideal Candidate:

-Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation.

-Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, or online business presence.

-Strong communication and persuasion skills.

-Comfortable making high-volume calls.

-Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-Haves

-Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

-Knowledge of web development or digital marketing terms.

-Prior B2B sales experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
