Job Summary: Virtual Assistant will work with international clients by Cold calling a list of target customers to qualify them and set up an appointment with the Business Heads. We are looking for someone who is career oriented and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with us. Responsibilities: ● Managing E-mails ● Scheduling meetings and appointments ● Cold calling international clients ● Administrative tasks ● Managing accounts Required Skills/Abilities: ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. ● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. ● Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field required. ● At least one year of virtual assistant experience preferred.
