Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Voice Process position located in Mohali. The role involves managing customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, maintaining accurate records of each interaction, and meeting performance metrics. The individual will also be responsible for supporting sales and finance processes, ensuring high-quality service, and participating in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Minimum 1year experience in International Voice processes
Ability to work on-site and a willingness to relocate to Mohali if not currently residing there
Proficiency required in English language.
Education: 12th pass, bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous experience in healthcare customer service role is advantageous
