Job Role: Process Associate-International Voice

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: Night Shift

Key Skills: International Voice Process, International Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process position based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include handling international customer queries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution. Other duties may involve assisting with sales support, fostering client relationships, and delivering finance-related insights as required during the support process.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with international clients effectively
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving to address customer concerns promptly
Knowledge of Finance processes and the ability to provide financial support when needed
Experience in Sales or the ability to support sales-related activities
Capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with teams
Any prior experience in an International Voice Process role is advantageous
